Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

Using many.ng means accepting what is on this page. It is written to be read, so it is short.

1. Who we are

many.ng is operated by Prove Hub Ltd ("ProveHub", "we", "us"), a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, at 3rd Floor, Coscharis Motors Building, Plot 388, Constitution Avenue, CBD, Abuja, Nigeria. Reach us at support@provehub.com.

2. What this site is

A directory of businesses that run their trading on ProveHub, showing what each of them has for sale right now. Everything you see about a business is supplied by that business through its own account and mirrored here. Nobody uploads anything directly to many.ng, and there are no accounts on this site.

3. Who you are buying from

The business, not us. When you place an order here, the contract for that sale is between you and that business. They are the seller, they hold the stock, they fulfil it, they raise the invoice, and the payment goes to them. We provide the shopfront, pass the order to them, and hold them to the floor set out in our returns terms.

4. Prices, stock and mistakes

Prices and stock are read from the seller's own system and are as current as their last update, usually minutes. Your order is priced against the seller's live catalogue at the moment you place it, not against the page you were looking at, so a price that changed while you browsed is caught rather than honoured or hidden. If an item is out of stock the order does not complete. Obvious pricing errors may be refused and refunded in full.

5. Paying

Checkout hands you to the seller's own payment page on ProveHub. We never see or hold your card details. Payment terms and receipts come from the seller.

6. One basket per business

Each business here is a separate seller with its own stock and its own invoice, so ordering from two of them is two baskets and two payments.

7. Using the site

You may browse, search and buy. You may not:

8. Listings we take down

We can suspend or remove any listing at any time, and an owner cannot reverse that from their side. We use it for counterfeits, illegal or restricted goods, prices that are plainly wrong, businesses that leave buyers unanswered, and anything that puts buyers at risk. Tell us at support@provehub.com if you see something.

9. Reviews

The reviews on this site were written by people who paid for the order they are about. Nobody can leave one here: they are asked for by ProveHub after a paid order, written by the buyer, and published only when the business decides to publish them. That means a business can withhold a review it does not like, and you should read a page of nothing but five stars with that in mind.

An answer printed under a review is the business's own, in their own words, and is not checked by us before it appears. We do not write reviews, edit them, remove them at a business's request, or accept payment to change what is shown. If something published here is false or abusive, write to support@provehub.com and we will look at it.

10. Placement and promotion

Nothing on this site can be bought into a position. There are no sponsored slots, no paid features and no advertising, and a business cannot pay us to rank higher, appear on the front page or be shown before anyone else. Order comes from what the catalogue says: price, discount, whether a thing is in stock, and what buyers rated it.

We do post listed items on many.ng's own social accounts, with the business's name on them and a link back to the page here. That is our own promotion of the marketplace, it is free to the business, and a business can switch it off for their listing from ProveHub.

11. What belongs to whom

The site, its design and its arrangement of the catalogue are ours. Product names, photographs, descriptions and logos belong to the businesses they came from, and are shown here with their agreement. If you hold rights in something published here and it should not be, write to us and we will act.

12. What we are not responsible for

We do not manufacture, hold, inspect or deliver anything sold here, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or description of a seller's goods and services, or for their delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law. Your statutory rights against the seller stand whatever this page says.

13. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

14. Your data

Covered in the privacy notice.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

16. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.
