About an order you placed
Ask the business first. They have your item, they packed it, and they can tell you where it is in a way we cannot. Open their page here and message them, and somebody will answer.
If they have gone quiet for three working days, or a return is going nowhere, write to support@provehub.com with the order reference. We can see the order and we will step in. The returns floor is ours to enforce, not the seller's to interpret.
Getting your business listed
Nobody uploads anything to many.ng. Every listing is a live view of a business running ProveHub, which is why the prices are right and the stock is real. If you want to be here, that is the door.
Taking a listing down
Owners control this from their own dashboard, per product or for the whole business, and it clears from here within minutes. If you cannot get into the account, email us from the address the business is registered with and we will take it down.
Something wrong with a listing
Counterfeits, illegal goods, a price that is nonsense, a business that is not what it says it is. Send us the link and what you saw. We can suspend a listing from our side and the owner cannot undo it.
