Returns and refunds
You buy from the business, not from many.ng. The business you ordered from packs it, sends it, and is the one who takes it back. What this page sets is the least any of them may offer, because a business you have never heard of is not worth the risk otherwise.
The floor every seller accepts
A business cannot be listed here without agreeing to all of this. Some offer more. None may offer less.
- 7 days to change your mind. From the day it reaches you, on anything unused, undamaged and still in its packaging. You pay the return delivery in this case.
- Faulty, broken in transit or not what was described: tell the seller within 48 hours of delivery and they replace it or refund you in full, delivery included, and cover the cost of sending it back.
- Cancel before it is sent and you get everything back.
- Refunds go to the account that paid, within 7 working days of the seller getting the item back, or of agreeing the refund where nothing is being returned.
- Wrong item sent, or short delivery: the seller fixes it at their own cost. That is never a return.
What the floor does not cover
Change-of-mind returns do not apply to these, for reasons any trader will recognise. Your rights over something faulty are untouched, always.
- Food, drink, and anything else perishable.
- Made to order, cut to size, mixed or personalised for you.
- Cosmetics, personal care and underwear once opened or worn.
- Digital items already delivered, and services already carried out.

A business is free to publish its own returns terms, and where it has, they appear on its page here. Read those as well as this page. Where the two differ, whichever is better for you is the one that applies.
How to start a return
Go to the business's page on many.ng and message them there. Every listing is wired to a business running ProveHub, so somebody answers, including at night. Have your order reference ready.
If three working days pass with no reply, write to support@provehub.com with the order reference and what happened. We can see the order and we will chase the seller. A business that leaves buyers unanswered stops being listed.
Prices and stock
Every price and every in-stock mark here is read straight out of the seller's own till, minutes old. If something sells out between you seeing it and paying, the order does not go through and nothing is taken from you.
